SPORT DISCLAIMER – FREEDIVING & PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

2. Personal Responsibility

  • any consequences arising from participation without proper medical fitness

Under no circumstances shall the Owner be held liable for:

  • any injury, incident, or fatality resulting from participation without valid medical clearance

The submission of false or misleading medical documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in:

  • immediate exclusion from activities

  • possible legal action

The Owner does not provide medical services.

4. Limitation of Liability
