Intro Freediving Experience

Service Description

If you have a passion for the sea and wish to begin discovering this new dimension in total safety, this is the experience for you: from the first steps in freediving to the comfort zone! The goal of the  APNEA EXPERIENCE course is to offer the opportunity to all water sports lovers to approach underwater diving in a safe and fun way. At the sea or in the DEEP pool (at least 10 meters) each proposed activity emphasizes the concept of apnea and wellness starting with the management of equalization in comfort conditions. You will be guided by instructors from Apnea Academy International. At the end of the course, you will receive the APNEA EXPERIENCE certification and the Apnea Academy International card.
